In addition to creating the poster for Swadeshi Mandi 2020 by NITIE, we were encouraged to make a video on the Local product that we were promoting.
We were given the following guidelines for the content of the video-
- Poster made previously
- Product and service
- Significance/ Need for Marketing your chosen
- How big is the business? How much is its Current reach? , where it is exported to(if any)?
- What is the making process(Production/Processing materials etc) (For Products)
- How much is its Employment potential?
- How to reach (location/area)
- Audio/Video segments of the team members
Me and my teammate Sayli brainstormed along these points to prepare the content of our video. Since our product was on the concept of Oos(Sugarcane in Marathi) Bazaar in Marathwada, we thought of starting the video with the products that can be made from Sugarcane.
Next, we included facts on the Countries in the world & then states in India which are major producers of Sugarcane. We then included the outline of the problems that our concept aims to solve. We also included a few suggestions.
Finally, since the video is on the theme of Vocal for Local, we planned to include a segment which had Marathi audio as well!
